Yoga and Gong Bath Workshop

Hi everyone, well I'm very excited to be holding my first joint workshop with Steph Healy.
We'll start the afternoon off with a yoga session focusing on the Heart (Anahata) chakra. Followed by a Gong bath session, the vibrations resonate with your body on a cellular level, re-tuning each organ to it's optimum vibration through the body's intelligent entrainment function.
Then when we all feel relaxed, calm and energised we can finish off the afternoon with a cup of tea and a slice of cake.
